The Firebirds absolutely demolished the Bears in Game 3, and once again showed that while Hershey may have a little bit of magic in their home barn, nobody does atmosphere quite like Coachella at the AHL level. So what are the goals coming into this one?
Honestly, just keep doing what you’re doing, because it is working wonders.
The Firebirds tore the Bears’ defense to shreds in Game 3, and if they keep the screws tightened, it will fall on Hunter Shepard to be the man responsible for being an X-factor for Hershey to ever consider evening this series up. The Firebirds can’t let that happen, even if they’re giving up less than 20 shots per game at the moment. Just keep the momentum, keep the battle going, and keep these Bears scrambling to protect their netminder.
